User's Login
- To book a measurement (for the first time) please create an account. Click Create New Account below. The account will request your basic contact details such as name, address, telephone numbers and email address. No credit or debit card details are stored.
- The second time you use the website you will then be able to simply login with your account username (email address) and password and book your measurement. To login insert your email address amd password below and click Login, please do not try and create another account the system will not like it.
- If the website throws an error when setting up your account, it may mean you have an account already. In this case try using the forgotten password link. If the recovery code does not come through - please check your Spam/Junk folder.
- Please ONLY proceed if you have your animal's passport in front of you as you will need its microchip number (sometimes called a transponder code) AND passport/ unique life number (UELN) etc. to continue.....
