The whole fee for an Annual or Full Measurement is payable by the owner online BEFORE the Measurement is carried out.
Fees – for an Annual or Full Measurement
The 2024 Fee is £100.00.
Owners may be charged a half fee for missed appointments unless 24 hours’ notice is given to the Official Measurer by Phone or Email and a full fee if, for any reason, except the fault of the Official Measurer, a Measurement is abandoned or postponed or a microchip, where required, cannot be inserted at the time of Measurement.
Refunds will not be made after the 31st December in the year of payment.
Fees – for Re-Measurements
Objection to a Measurement. The 2024 fee will be £1,500.00 payable by bank transfer. The objector will receive £750.00 back if the new height entry on the JMB register alters the animal’s relevant classification.
Postponement of a Re-Measurement: £100.00 minimum payable by bank transfer. Owners may be charged this for missed appointments unless 24 hours’ notice is given to the Official Measurer by Phone or Email, for any reason, except the fault of the Official Measurer, a Measurement is abandoned or postponed or a microchip, where required, cannot be inserted at the time of Measurement.
