News for 2026

The JMB Board recently met and agreed some changes to be implemented in the new year to improve the JMB service.

• From January 1st 2026, the measurement application fee for the FIRST measurement will be £110, in addition a £20 JMB registration/ admin fee will be charged to help with ever increasing admin costs. Therefore the fee will total £130.

• For any other measurements, the measurement application fee will be £110.

• It was also agreed that the Official Measurers should receive an increase of £2 for measuring.

These increases are in line with inflation. We hope you have had a great 2025 - here’s to a successful 2026 for us all!
